How can I renew my shop?

EasyWebshop does not require a subscription. All shops are pre-paid and can be canceled at any moment.

Renewing your online shop

If you want to keep your current version, you have to renew your shop before the expiration date. You will automatically receive a reminder 30 days, 14 days, 7 days and 3 days prior to the due date to renew your shop.

Renew shop

If you are late in renewing your shop, all settings will be saved and you can reactivate your shop at a later date.

Renewing your domain name

There is one domain name included in all paid versions (Basic, Professional and Business). You do not have to renew the default domain name. As long as the shop is on a pay version, this is done automatically. You do not have to pay extra: the domain name extension is included in the package.

For additional domain names you receive an email with instructions to renew. You will automatically receive a reminder 30 days, 14 days, 7 days and 3 days prior to the due date.

Renew domain

If you are late in renewing your domain name, it will be quarantined by the registry. An additional cost is required to retrieve the domain name, so it is very important to renew your domain name in time!

Extending apps

When you use a paid app, the amount will be transferred monthly from your account balance. If the amount on the account balance is insufficient, you will receive an email to replenish the balance.

Add balance

When the app is not renewed in time, it will be automatically deactivated. You can reactivate an app by clicking Customize at installed apps and save.
