Prices of products can be updated with product management, the quick price edit feature, the import feature and automated via the API. Product variations are also compatible with the import feature and with the API so they can also be updated in bulk.
If it doesn't work, please contact our support service. We can probably help to make this run more smoothly.
Product filters are a bit more difficult to set up. It is an advanced component with many options. That makes it challenging for us to develop a user-friendly interface for it. We'll look at how to make product filters easier in the next update.
Update October 2021: Meanwhile we have added a new Bulk Operations feature that allows bulk product pricing updates and a new interface for Product filters.

translatedInitially, I don't want a web shop. What I do want is a simple website that informs about our non-commercial activities, supplemented by a catalog of products we will sell. The website should not look like a webshop. I don't see how I can achieve that with the basic version.
At Settings > Webshop settings you can deactivate the shopping cart. At Management > Page Management (CMS) you can hide the Webshop page or change its name. This way, the Webshop becomes a catalog website and no products can be purchased. The Basic version is sufficient for this.

We normally send 4 reminders as the webshop expiration date approaches. EasyWebshop is not a subscription formula, so there is no automatic renewal and we do not automatically charge credit cards. And we don't make things difficult if you decide to discontinue the webshop.
We send the reminders to prevent the webshop from being shut down by mistake. You can also renew per year instead of per month, then you will receive less emails but a nice discount instead.

In terms of features, EasyWebshop is a very complete platform. There are many more features than most other platforms offer (with the exception of Magento). Sometimes new users say to use that there are too many features :-) Feel free to compare us with other platforms.
Our support service has been very busy during this crisis. A record number of new webshops have already been created this year. However, we can still answer most questions within the hour during office hours. We do our best to answer quickly!
As for the update list, we have made a lot of updates this year and we have a lot planned for next year as well. But we can't implement every user request, that's only possible with a custom made webshop.

The POS App is an additional feature that we added to our webshop software afterwards. It is therefore not included in the price of the webshop.
We know that our customers want as much features as possible for the best price. Initially, our goal was to offer the most user-friendly and best priced webshop platform. However, a feedback we often received was that customers had a hard time connecting their POS system and that POS applications were too expensive.
This is why we developed our own POS App. Some customers only use the webshop and not the POS App. It wouldn't be fair if they had to pay extra for a POS App they don't use. Therefore both systems have a separate price.
We are convinced that the price of the POS App - compared to other POS software - is very accessible and tailored to the needs of the self-employed and small businesses. It is of course also possible to connect the webshop to an external POS system.
